You could make user groups of all the teams that will be created, for example "Rlvl Arsenal, Rlvl Man United" and who ever is registered too that team, gets added too that team on the forum. This means there will be a private section for each team too discuss anything they want.
Please note: moderators will still be able too view these sections.
